Delivery Information

Norva Foods is a trading name of Rasool Limited (Company No: 16098897 · VAT: 510 3608 37) ("we", "us" or "our"). This page explains how we deliver orders placed on norvafoods.co.uk, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
UK Delivery
We deliver only within the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped to UK addresses through trusted courier partners. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Standard Delivery (typically 3–5 working days after dispatch)
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delays may occur due to events outside our reasonable control (for example severe weather, courier disruption, or industrial action). If a significant delay is likely, we will contact you. This does not affect your statutory rights, including where goods are not delivered within the agreed period or within 30 days where no period was agreed.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and a further email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Risk and Ownership
In line with UK distance-selling rules, risk in the goods passes to you when you (or a person nominated by you) take physical possession of them. Until then, we remain responsible for the goods in transit.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel on the courier's website using that number.
Failed or Missed Delivery
If nobody is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a card, attempt redelivery, or hold the parcel for collection. Please follow the courier's instructions promptly. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply) or a refund of the product price and any unused delivery charge, as appropriate.
Food Products & Packaging in Transit
Our salts and seasonings are shelf-stable ambient food products. They do not require refrigeration and are not typically affected by normal UK transit temperatures.
We pack orders to protect sealed jars and grinders in transit (for example outer packaging and cushioning appropriate to the items). Please store products as directed on the label once received — usually in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and moisture.
If a product arrives with a broken seal, cracked packaging, leakage, or other transit damage that affects quality or safety, do not use it. Contact us promptly at info@norvafoods.co.uk with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. This sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@norvafoods.co.uk with your order number and photos where helpful. Prompt notice helps us resolve issues quickly with our courier partners.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose).
