These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Norva Foods website (norvafoods.co.uk) and any purchase of products from us.

1. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms apply to consumers buying products for personal use. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or other applicable UK consumer law.
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Products and Pricing
Our products are food ingredients (including salts, spices and seasonings). Always check product labels for ingredients, allergens and storage instructions before use. Contact us if you need more information before ordering.

Delivery charges, timescales and related terms are set out in our Delivery Information policy. Risk in goods passes to you when you (or someone you nominate) take physical possession of them.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
